What are your office and facility access hours?
Our Customer Service Agents are available Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm. You can access our facilities from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 24-hour access to your unit is available at for a small monthly fee. Please call for details.

What forms of payment are accepted? We accept all major debit or credit cards. *Autopay is required for all space sizes and types.

Do you offer tenant property protection plans or insurance and if so how do I view coverage options? INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TENANTS. You can use your homeowners or renters policy, if your policy covers the contents of your storage unit. To use your policy, please select the $10 policy now, then email your proof of coverage to Storage@SCHProperties.org within 14 days of your rental. Once coverage is verified, we will remove the $10 Policy. If we do not receive your proof of coverage within 14 days of your rental, our basic policy will remain on your account.

Where are you located?
We have two facilities in Hattiesburg. Our 618 Campbell Loop offers Temperature Controlled units and Drive Up units. It is just minutes from the Lake Terrace Conference Center and five minutes from the University of Southern Mississippi and WIlliam Carey campuses. Because we’re right next to the intersection of Highway 49 and Interstate 59 on the Campbell Loop, we’re close and accessible from all areas of the Hattiesburg metropolitan area. Our 161 West Hills Drive facilty offers Drive-up, Non Climate units along with RV parking.

What is temperature control?
Temperature control is a great way to protect your belongings from the harmful effects of humidity, moisture, and changes in the temperature. These units maintain a constant interior temperature throughout the year and are a great place to store your sensitive items like furniture, books, documents, and anything you wouldn’t normally store in an outdoor unit.

Is your facility secure?
We take your safety and the security of your personal belongings very seriously. We know that it’s important for you to feel safe, so we’ve pulled out all the stops. Our property is surrounded by 9ft high security chain link perimeter fencing with stainless steel constantine razor wire and our gate access is monitored to provide information about who comes in, how long they are on the grounds, and when they leave. Plus, our lighting is motion sensing and our video surveillance runs 24 hours a day.

Do you have spaces for me to park my boat or RV?
We have limitied space for RV's, Boats and Trailers. Call our Be sure to reserve your space ASAP!

How do I cancel my lease? You can cancel your lease at any time with a 10 day notice. You can submit a notice on our website, by emailing us at support@smartlockselfstorage.com, or by calling our Contact Center.

Do you Pro Rate your lease? Our Month-to-Month leases begin on the day you move in and run through the end of the month you choose to vacate your unit. We do not prorate out.

Do you offer Military discounts?
Yes we do and we’re thankful for your service. To show it, we’re offering a 5% discount in addition to any other specials or promotions available on your storage unit. All you need to do is present your military ID when you move into your unit. That’s it!
